Introduction

This page explains what IPTV Subscription records about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect the minimum needed to sell you a subscription and keep it working, and we do not sell any of it.

How We Use Your Information

To provision and support your subscription, to email your credentials and receipts, to answer your questions, to detect fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. Nothing else.

• To start a 24-hour trial and to close it when the day is up
• To email your payment link, your receipt and your login details
• To answer you when you contact support
• To work out which parts of the site are useful and which are not
• To spot fraud and abuse before it affects other subscribers
• To meet obligations the law places on us

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share data with the providers who make the service run — the payment processor, our email sender and our hosting and analytics providers — and only what each of them needs. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we disclose them to authorities only where the law requires it.

Data Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit, access to subscriber records is restricted to staff who need it, and payment details are held by the payment provider rather than by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach ever affects your data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working properly and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will still function, though some preferences will not be remembered.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also be able to object to certain processing or ask for your data to be transferred. Email help@iptvsubscription.tv and we will action it.

Children's Privacy

This service is sold to adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data, and if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to active subscribers by email rather than left to be discovered.
