IPTV Subscription respects copyright and responds to properly made infringement notices. If you own rights in material you believe is being made available through this service, the process below is how to tell us.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

A valid notice needs your physical or electronic signature, identification of the work you say is infringed, enough detail for us to locate the material complained of, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

An address, a telephone number and an email address we can reach you on
Your statement that you believe in good faith the use was not authorised by the owner, an agent or the law
Your statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are entitled to send it

How to Submit Your DMCA Notice

Send the notice to help@iptvsubscription.tv with DMCA in the subject line. We review each one on receipt and act on complete notices promptly. An incomplete notice will be returned to you saying what is missing rather than silently ignored.

Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of what was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your contact details with consent to jurisdiction. We will forward it to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Repeated valid notices against the same account will end it.
