1. Acceptance of Terms

Using this site or holding a subscription with us means you accept the terms below. If any of them do not suit you, please do not subscribe.

2. Service Description

We provide access to streamed television and on-demand content over the internet, delivered as login credentials you use in a third-party player application. We supply access; we do not supply hardware and we do not produce the content itself.

• A 60,000+ title on-demand library of films and series
• An electronic programme guide, so you can see what is on
• Between one and five simultaneous connections, depending on the plan you chose

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself. Sharing them beyond the number of connections your plan allows, or publishing them, is grounds for suspension without refund. Tell us promptly if you think they have leaked.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged once per term, in advance. Nothing renews automatically — when a term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another. Payment is taken by our payment provider through a link we email you.

• Terms are paid in advance, in full, for the length you picked
• Nothing renews on its own — when a term ends you decide whether to buy another
• Prices can change, but a term you have already paid for is honoured at the price you paid

5. Free Trial

The 24-hour trial is offered once per household and gives one simultaneous connection. It takes no payment details and converts to nothing. We may decline or end a trial that is being used to abuse the service.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not resell access, redistribute streams, share credentials beyond your plan, attempt to breach our systems, or use the service unlawfully in your country. Any of these ends the subscription without refund.

• Reselling access, or sharing your credentials past the connections your plan allows
• Recording or redistributing anything carried on the service
• Using the service for a purpose that is unlawful where you live
• Working around any technical protection on the service
• Pointing bots, scrapers or automated tools at it

7. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot promise it. Maintenance, upstream provider faults, network problems and your own connection can all interrupt service, and channel lineups change as broadcast rights move between providers.

8. Content Disclaimer

We do not own, produce or control the content carried on the streams, and the lineup is subject to change without notice. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the law where you live.

9. Termination

You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and where the breach is our reason, no refund is due.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed broadcasts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised version.
